When a new country, role, or environment changes your place in the world

This may not be a failure to adapt.
It may be adapting without a map.

A free four-minute assessment that shows whether the main tension is belonging, visibility, or navigating an unfamiliar system — and what the right next step is.

I no longer feel fully part of my old environment, but I do not yet feel part of the new one.

Recognition

If this sounds familiar

  • You are no longer fully part of the old environment, and the new one does not feel like home.
  • Your previous experience is real, but it feels less visible here.
  • Language, networking, credentials, or unfamiliar rules make you hesitate.
  • You compare yourself with people who are already established.
  • You know action is needed, and the correct sequence is not clear.

Adaptation is not only practical. It changes belonging, confidence, and the ability to act — and those need different responses.

Your adaptation map,
immediately after the last question

Not a checklist for settling in. A working map of what is making adaptation harder and what to do first.

  • A clear picture of whether belonging, visibility, or new rules are creating tension
  • A plain-language description of what is slowing down your confidence and agency
  • A calmer, more realistic next step instead of more scattered pressure
  • A personal starting point for moving forward in your new environment

What people say about the result

Anatoliy Drobakha

Credibility

Who built this

UNAtribe’s assessment methods were developed by Anatoliy Drobakha, a Master of Clinical Psychology with 10 years of clinical practice, 15 years in business management, and 30 years in information systems management.

His work has been published in two international academic monographs on digital psychology and AI (SciFormat Publishing, Canada, 2024 and 2025). The underlying instruments are registered with the United States Copyright Office and have been used with more than 2,000 people.

The method is deliberately non-clinical. It is built for people who are functioning, reflective, and looking not for treatment, but for structure, insight, and a clearer understanding of their own patterns.

How it works

What happens next

  1. Answer 15 short questions.

Five-point scale, one screen at a time. About four minutes.

  2. Create a free account.

First name and email. This is what saves your result and lets you return to it.

  3. Get your map.

Radar view, your strongest pattern explained in plain language, and your recommended starting level.

  4. Open your first module free.

The complete first module of your recommended level — four theory blocks and sixteen exercises. Not a sample.

No card required at any point in this sequence.

Privacy and safety

What happens to your answers

  • Your answers are stored against an account ID, separated from your name and email.
  • Nothing you answer is shown to anyone, published, or shared with third parties.
  • You can download your full result and request deletion of your data at any time.
  • We collect your first name, your email, and your answers. Nothing else.

UnaTribe is educational self-development, not therapy, diagnosis, or emergency support.

Questions

Before you start

Is this a diagnosis?

No. This assessment identifies transition patterns for self-understanding and educational guidance. It does not diagnose a mental health condition and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Do I have to pay to see my result?

No. Your profile, your downloadable map, the deeper assessment, the Individual Development Map, and the complete first module of your recommended level are all free. No card is required. Continuing through the full nine-level route is a monthly membership, and that decision comes later.

Why do I need to create an account?

Your result is a personal document you will want to return to. The account stores it, keeps it private to you, holds your downloadable map, and unlocks your free first module. First name and email — that is all.

How long does it take?

Most people finish in about four minutes. Fifteen questions, one per screen.

What happens after the free module?

You can continue through your complete personalized nine-level route with a monthly UnaTribe membership. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no trial to cancel.

Is this only for people who moved to a new country?

No. The same three patterns appear after a change of workplace, industry, city, or professional role. Relocation is the most visible version, not the only one.

Four minutes is enough to know where you actually are.

You will not solve the whole transition today. You will finish with a clearer picture of which pattern is active, how strong it is, what not to force right now, and one realistic first step.
